Administrative Assistant

Covenant Presbyterian Church currently has an opening for an Administrative Assistant.

Are you a people person? We have an opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant who will serve as receptionist and liaison to church members and leadership teams, and provide administrative and clerical support to the Business Administrator and pastoral staff.

1. Work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to prioritize effectively

2. Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

3. Ability to organize, mobilize and follow-up with staff and volunteers.

4. Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher).

5. Attention to detail in composing, tying, and proofing materials, establishing priorities, scheduling, and meeting deadlines.

6. Ability to always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

7. Nebraska Child Abuse registry background check required.
